We aim to get your gear to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders over €99 (Spain mainland).
- Shipping costs for other destinations are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Large or heavy items (e.g. amplifier cabinets) may incur additional handling fees — you will be notified before checkout is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If your order is lost in transit, contact us at support@guitarhub.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
